HERE
This is sold 'as is'!
The programs are pretty 'raw' in that Fusion's on-board processing doesn't, for some reason, lend itself well to re-creating some of the classic Novachord sounds heard in old sci-fi and horror flix like other formats do, especially Kontakt.
As a result, there are half the number of programs normally found in other formats which exploit extensive processing.
This is not to say that 'Novachord - Fusion Edition' can't re-create those sounds but will require better external amp and cab and other simulators, etc., than Fusion can offer on-board. Or you might like the sound of Fusion's on-board processing.
So rather than this being a complete sound library as it were, it's more of a 'Novachord toolbox'. If anything, it's probably closer to what the old film scorers such as Jerry Goldsmith, etc., would have been presented with when some cronky old Novachord was wheeled into the studio and it was their creativity with delays and mic placement and other studio trickery that coaxed the great sounds we know and love from those old movies.
It has been tested on a standard Fusion (8HD and 6HD) without memory expansion. The programs/samples are pretty hefty and push the boundaries of Fusion's quirky memory management but if you have the memory expansion, you might (should) find things more comfortable. As it stands, with the standard memory configuration, everything works fine HERE and with other testers.
My thanks are due to Dan McCulluogh, Roberto Puricelli and Jesse for testing and Klaus P Rausch of backintime for some programs. As always, service beyond the call of duty!
This is being made available exclusively here at The Club but no doubt word will spread to the other Fusion forum (the name of which I forget because I haven't been there for so long!).
Have fun with it people!
Cheers,
Steve
