Hello, I recently bought a Fusion 6HD laden with Hollow Sun goodies and sounding great, but which had a hot right hand end after a short time of playing, (I figured that was why I got it cheap, and thought I'd get it serviced in due course). Well last night it became anti-functional and subsequently I shed a tear. I figure it's a PSU failure - a few odd buttons on the board light up, the modulation wheel glows blue, and a fan whirrs but the hard drive is stationary and the "blue screen of death" prevails.. So the hunt begins for a new PSU board, OR does anyone have the PSU schematic so that I can dig out and replace the failed component(s) and be sure voltages etc. are all correct??
The original PSU ran a little hot and was a problem especially for the 6HD model.
There is a newer version of the PSU that runs a little cooler, it has one of the heat sinks made a little larger and a mod to the PSU as well.
The new PSU part is # 9-79-0361
