Sorry, I don't like it.
Its now hard work to find new posts or even to stay in touch with stuff being discussed.
The only Template available is the <default> which is poor IMO
Sadly <SysExJohn>'s MIDI Tutorials forum has gone the same way, as its also ProBoards.
phpBB is much better done IMO - speaking as an admin, mod and member.
If anyone needs me, I'll be in the other place . . .

If you look under the <Help> above, there is mention of themes and templates, but they have to be invoked via the Admin Control panel - so that's up to <Hollow Sun> or <Roberto2>? I guess.
Might even need access to the Root folder with FTP where the forum is stored - if Template files need to be uploaded . . . .
Or is this board managed by the Hosts?
John said he was going to ask about templates etc - so we'll see how he does . . .

I just noticed that any folder that has a new message in it has the word NEW on the folder

To that end . . . The <Legend> would be better at the top - so that you don't have to rummage for it . . parametric

The page jump links (prev 1 2 3... next) should also be at the bottom of a thread so that you don't have to always scroll back to top to change page!
Also if I look at my old posts from my profile, it would seem that not all of them are in chronological order!

Ditto the above
Also, while the Fusion is far from dead, a lot of folks have and use one, but why all the individual new topics for each Fusion "major" function. It's not like there has been a plethora of posts in any one those areas , IN LAST FEW years, other than Jesse's keeping folks abreast of repair, trouble shooting, and parts availability or Klaus's announcements of sounds, and a few minor others.
Yes, I realize this is arm chair quarter backing and I'm not the one doing the work or keeping site running - these are just friendly comments. I will continue to support, monitor, use, and post to help folks if I can (usually Jesse and others beat me to it every time).

I think its probably an attempt to separate out the major features, so that people looking for Song-related problems don't have to hack through a massive <General> section looking for the bits they're after. Of course, this only works if people POST in the correct section - or it makes a lot of work for <Jesse> - and I'm sure he'd rather be fixing his Fusion . . . Surely, this is better than dumping everything in <Miscellaneous>? The Fusion is a deep and complicated beast to say the least, and given that the Reference Manual particularly is about as useful as udders on a Bull, any guidance from folk who have "been there and done it" in these areas of the Fusion are extremely welcome to share what they have found and make the passage easier for the rest of us. I would suggest that all these different sections make it easier for them to help us . . . ? The Fusion is bristling with many excellent features - but some of them are a closed book to most of us - as the documentation never gave them a chance. parametric

NICE WORK Jesse. A better experience all round . . .
Especially useful are the links to "The Zone", The Wiki and the Alesis site that's relevant to the Fusion. We are always handing that one out . . . .

The banner ads seem to be gone at least on my computer, I think that's a good thing, a lot of those sites were phishing and/or scamming sites

I see "The page jump links (prev 1 2 3... next") now floats at the top of the page as you scroll down, at least that's how it works for me. Does it work the same for everyone else?
