Hi, a few weeks ago I started to get an error message when I try to load some songs or most of the programs. The error message is this ---> "cannot read file on ROM" and error code is "(0x0300000D). I'm not sure but most of the songs that I am unable to load include piano samples and for sure the holygrail piano is not loading in program mode during this issue. I reboot and I get the same message, sometimes also appears a message "load request refused"... I shut it down and boot it after half an hour and is fixed by itself until the time that will reappear . I like fusion a lot but I can't work this way... sometimes I am "suffering" to play a part and when i try to store it I get this message... then I have to play it again and again after reboot until I will be able to store it... Does anyone knows how to solve this, i tried to boot holding play and record, I have restored defaults but this error hasn't gone. I have lot of songs that I can't delete, is format the only solution? I just tried to change from "optimize for polyphony" to "optimize for load time" and when I changed it back (from load time to polyphony) I got this error again... I don't know what that means but someone who knows how fusion works maybe will find it helpful. Thanks

Do you have the latest OS version? A memory expansion? I have the memory expansion and even then I have to reboot sometimes if I've been "program browsing" for a while, as weird things start to happen sometimes.

I do have the latest OS version and no memory expansion. Weird things do happen indeed... It's sad to say but "fusion" reminds me a lot "windows"! Crashes, bugs, errors :/ .Great instrument with lots of capabilities but unfortunately unstable

I was away for about 20 days and fusion got worse by itself(?)... It's not loading any program that includes piano sample from holy grail grand piano and reboot is not fixing it. Unfortunately all my songs have piano sounds in them, I have a big issue to deal with... Anyone that knows why is not loading only holy grail piano samples and pop up these error messages. "Cannot read file from ROM", "Load request refused"... Need help in that, thanks.

It's broken and needs fixing I think!
You could check the usual culprits first though such as loose internal ribbon connectors, etc..

I have sent an email to Musicstore and now I am waiting for the reply, it's still inside the warranty. Hopefully they will be able to fix the classical piano issue without deleting everything...

You can do a backup. Simply connect your Fusion by USB to your computer and copy the Volume folder onto it.

Isn't it kind of dangerous to store everything now that the instrument is out of function? If I restore it after the fixing and the same problem reappear? Not sure what to do... I hope that will not be necessary to delete my work :S
