Hallo, own fusion 8HD and I want to ask for a key problem with the dynamics. Still I think that the dynamics of the piano is very weak, so I explained that the volume is either too weak or too strong and then gently games, however, still the volume is at max.I tried to change in global settings, curves, and the level of velocity, but still the result is the same. best regards ???

Try experimenting with "Curve" and "Smooth" on the "Shape" page.
With "Curve," you will find it's similar to adjusting the exponential vs. logarithmic velocity settings... in other words, if you set curve = -100, then the mod responds sooner than later for harder velocity settings, but if you set curve = +100, then the mod responds later to hard strikes rather than sooner...
IMHO, many, many critical performance responses are overlooked on these pages -- velocity, aftertouch, curve, and smoothing can make a HUGE difference in how your program sounds and responds or performs... The MOD parameters are very easily exploited here, esp when coupled to filter cutoff, negative attack times, and relative multi-sample amplitudes...

javascript:add("%20???") thanks, but how to behave fusion, had the wrong imaging dynamics?

Yh same here, y is it that the Middle always has a more powerful velocity tendency that the other notes. I hate wen it does that I really do.

I think it's a lack by crossfading between two samples within the oscillator section using the crossfade parameter. The reason is simple: I think the crossfade parameter does a linear crossfade. So when measuring the level when crossfade is at 50%, the level would be 6dB louder.
So try to create an own crossfade by modulating the oscillators volumes within the modmatrix. Use the curve parameter for both entries. So you can also realize an asymetric crossfade.
@psionic: I guess the "smooth" parameter is a time related parameter and wouldn't have any effect when using velocity as source. Or am I wrong?

The "smooth" parameter isn't necessarily time-related... it just 'smooths' out HOW MUCH you what one parameter to affect the other parameter.
Like for aftertouch, without smoothing it seems you press softly or medium and they both respond the same -- it's like after touch is only a "switch" to turn on the LFO or volume or whatever. But when you 'smooth' out aftertouch, you can get it to respond, er, smoothly, to how you play... press softly, and only a little increase in LFO or volume; press medium, and only medium increase, etc.
If you want to think in physical terms, it's like this: smoothing = a spring... it "cushions" how much you push something.

OK, thx, I think I understand what you wanna tell me. My english is not enough for talking in technical terms I guess
