I always thought the fusion chorus was rubbish.Then i noticed that the mix was set to 0/100.I changed it to 50/50 and hey presto!Beautiful swirly chorus!

This is correct. I also found out that several default settings in the Insert Effects section are not really superb and unnecessarily let the effect look a bit bad or uncomfortable on the first view, so I listed alternative settings in "My Fusion Secrets". My proposal for a good start with the Chorus is
30% wet/70% dry LFO Rate 1.181 Hz
Just to mention another example in the Bus Effects section:
Plate Reverb Decay 80% Damping 0%

Which bank and selction are you refering to?
e.g. Preset 5 A1

Yes, Jesse.
When you select a Effect in a New Program it shows up with a default setting. But the factory default settings are sometimes not really perfect start, especially the Chorus. You can also check existing Programs and there is a chance that the Effect isn't individually programmed and simply the default position is setted. So even a factory preset can be improved by changing the Effects setting to a decent one with just a very few handling steps.
