This is a little long distance project I did with a drummer friend of mine. He sent me a drum track that he recorded in San Deigo, and I chopped it up, and created a new track. It's about 90% Fusion. I used a few Bass, Acoustic Guitar strum, and effects loops, but all the main parts are Fusion - most played live. The solo section towards the end is a modded "Wild Whistle" PM patch. rkmartin.bandcamp.com/P.S. Anyone know how to get the bandcamp, or soundclick embeded players to show up?

Yay! Nice piece! Constructively weird. My first association was "over the Edge", which is a Kurzweill demo referering to that you-know album from Yes. The sound in your piece is somewhat Kurzweilerish too. Wooly. Perhaps a tad too much it (verb?). But it is a refreshment between the current day "too bright sound" trend. I like how the synth leads are played: raw synth sounds with shameless modulation/bend. It's like listening to an early synth-age session, which is a good thing . I also like how several parts come together. There are a couple of changes in the piece and some interesting experimental parts. Refreshing. Good drumming by the way. Overall a very fine piece with an interesting "getting used to" factor. Cheers!

Fab piece Kevin! Its an unusual (to me anyway) collaboration, but turned out really well.
I love the little box on the right hand side of the track reacting to the music. Neat.

Thanks all! Yes, I know, the mix and EQ is . . . well, not really there, but it's all headphone work.
After burning and listening to it on several devices, the problems are glaring!
Thanks again for listening! I know it's "you can't pay people to listen to this kind of stuff" music - but it's actually a little tame for me ;D
