They complement each other rather nicely. The Fusion has a really nice 88 key weighted keybed and thanks to Steve and Klaus easily the best vintage synth and keyboard soundest in the known universe. The Fantom has a proper sequencer, tempo sync'd LFOs a proper MIDI implementation, works very well as a master controller with lots of definable controls, and has a really cutting edge soundset. Skipback sampling is very cool. Always sampling the last 40 seconds of what is coming out of the output bus. Think: 'man that was a killer riff' hit skipback and it is instantly there as a sample ready to be trimmed, looped, timesliced, mangled etc. Together they make a powerful pair.

My Fusion also has Roland friends, but it's an SH-201 synth, and an A-90 controller that I use in the studio. They also go very well together
