What is this? You ask! Well, I answer... It's kind of an homage to a certian group of electronica pioneers. I don't pretend that it copies their style in any way. Lets just say it was inspired by their early work like Atem, or Phaedra or Rubycon. The Fusion is there in the form of the Scifi Wierdness courtsy of HS SciFi freepack and the Mysts of time from HS#10 The rest is emulatorX for the looped sequences and my EMU Proteus for the live synth. Some of the drums are a VSTi called Jamstix. Recorded and mixed (ahem) in Cubase SX2 I would be interested in your thoughts on an old proggers take on this kind of thing. Link OK again - New version... Forgot to mention the Fusion also does the big bass synth (Hollow Sun CS80 Ring1 - Freepack #13... What a great sound!) Mandarin Nightmare

Nice. If I am being honest, I was at odds with the drums (as I used to be with the Tangs) but I liked the track overall. It could have all been done on Fusion tho Steve

You are right about the drums... And I've probably taken them a little more towards the expected kind of rhythms you get in more current electronica.
And of course you are right that this could have all been Fusion.
What can I say... I just had some stuff going with E-X and went with the flow.
Not my usual stuff at all truth be told. Sometimes the muse strikes most inappropriately
