Because I only will take only the Fusion on stage I started to sample some things.

I sampled the "Quadratix" from my QS7 and replaced the multisample of another sound with my own. Worked perfect, accept for one c, that doesnot sound. Checked everything I think and repeated the procedure and basic multisample.

Does anyone have an idea?

Well, you could package the sound up and post it somewhere... otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is that perhaps you have keytracking affecting volume by 100% somewhere...? Or an off-by-1 error with the sample zones?

I just noticed it's to brassy.
It's better you change the main filter to:

1-Pole
about 290 Hz
