Well, Here go's my first post to show how little I know about Playing/or using a snyth/workstation.
Hell, to be honest I'm a guitar player and still use the "little note stickers" to "play keyboards" (chords)
Anyway,
How would I go about making the Fusion 8HD play a simple straight drum pattern (boomp, tak, boomp, tak..<G>) to play along with and be able to change BPM's?
Can the Fusion be used to transfer some Gen Midi songs from my computer to play along with?
Can you make it "play along" with preset "backup" band stuff like the cheesy little all in one things for $99 at Wal-Mart?.......
I have always wanted to actually be able to play key's, it just seems way to difficult for me, So I just learned basic chords and played along with some home tracked songs.
PLEASE forgive my incredible ignorance!
I am an old man that SHOULD have learned to at least play keyboard a long time ago,
I had a GEM SK88 for about 7yrs and I loved to just plink away with the little "jam along" thingies already programmed into it and loved the fact I could just poke in a Floppy Disk with Gen. Midi songs and go apeshit.......LOL!
But the poor thing finally croaked last week and for the incredible low price for a Fusion I went with it. ;D
I promise not to bother you guy's and I will use the search function unless I'm really stuck,
All I want out of my Fusion is to just have fun and learn some basic stuff that won't make me start crying and babbling incoherently.
Much thanks
Shotgun
