Okay, this might not just be a drum volume issue but...
I made a new song using just four tracks-onw was a general bass sound and the others were the Blueridge guitar, Hollow Sun's latest Electric Piano and the Sampleheads Drumkit. Now, the kit is pretty loud so while I was listening back to the guitar track I used the mixer to lower the drum volume. When I started recording the drum track, I lowered the volume even further. Now I am not sure at what point it happened but the drum volume became very low and turning it up to full in the mixer, it still can hardly be heard.
So, how do I get the volume nice and loud again? Did the track somehow record the mixer settings and exaggerate the drum volume. I have not noticed this problem on any of the other track-just the drum track.
Any ideas?

Maybe you deselected the insert effect for the drums?? A compressor insert does rise the volume a lot.

I just loaded the song back up and the volume is fine again i.e. loud, so it can't be an effect problem and mixer automation is turned off so...I have no idea what is happening.
