Rich Menga turned me on to this guitar and in return I am going to pass it on to everyone here.
The Schecter C1 Diamond Series guitars are as good or better sounding than the $4000 brand names out there. The designs/finishes are flawless and the fret inlays are incredible. The pickups are Humbucker designed and the sound is rich and full without any tintiness. These guitars have the fastest action you will ever see. I commented to my wife, while trying one out on vacation, that it almost felt like it was playing itself.
If you are interested in a great guitar at a minimal cost, this is the way to go.
