youtube.com/watch?v=mHY818-JrhYI recorded this yesterday. Probably interesting to those across the pond that haven't experienced USA driving. It's nothing spectacular. Just different. The GPS you hear is my Garmin StreetPilot c340 (and yes I'm a huge GPS freak) ;D

Cool almost hypnotic, with the music...
Maybe on my next trip to Paris I'll video some of the taxi journey around the peripherique... And going around the Arc d'Triumph* (If I can beep out all the expletives!!!)
*Apparently one of my French colleagues tells me that if you have an accident at the arc d'triumph, the insurance companies always settle it as a no fault accident, with something like 8 roads joining, and six "virtual" lanes of traffic circling the monument and not a marking on the road it has to qualify as the scariest load junction in the world! I'm surprised every time we come around it unscathed.

Cool almost hypnotic, with the music... Not just the supplied music either - on a hunch I muted it and played Skinny Puppy's "Ghostman" over the top of it... it actually worked very well! And I suspect St Etienne's "Like a Motorway" would be another, more obvious choice.
