What will Korg remove from their Oasys to make it "light" ? Won't it be another Triton in an Oasys robe ?

There is some talk on Vintage Synth Explorer about a Korg Oasys light at NAMM. Rumored price... $4,000.00!!!!! Sheesh - just hold out for the Kurzweil K3000 if you're going to spend that much!

Any chance that someone less linguistically-challenged than I am can give us a quick summary of the review?
*note to self: learn German at some point*

According to Babelfish: "To the MOTIF the MOTIF IT came, the anyway already high efficiency of the MOTIF doubled." Makes perfect sense . Anyway, what I understand of it: - Same old sample based synth model. Some sounds added. - XA (Expanded Articulation) has to do with fact that a voice can consist of up to 8 'elements', which can be activated 'dynamically' (I suppose realtime with controllers and/or velocity). - "Direct Performance Recording" is a yet unrevealed method. The article speculates on harddisk recording. - Vocoder included. - Intelligent chord system (auto companion I guess). Sounds a bit like bigger, better, more of the same to me. Some extra gimmicks but mostly the same core. The XA feature could be interesting, depending on what they actually mean with 'elements'.
