Hey folks, so I've had this thing for a while and, with the updated OS, I am loving it!
Here's my question: I have poured over the manual, and can't figure out how to do something that seems like it should be simple. Basically, I want to have a drum track that I can use in place of a metronome, for songwriting. I know that I can go into song mode and program drums with the sequencer, but I really don't want to go through all that. I would, ideally, like to use the "Mix" feature to do this, but I can't figure out how to do it from the manual.
Some of the Mixes that come stock on the Fusion have drum loops start immediately after pressing a key. I would like to set up something like that, but I can't find where the looping drums are in the sound categories. I can make a mix with individual drum hits spread across the keys, but I would like to have a whole loop that I can trigger when I want (maybe on the low C key) so that I can then write music and have the drum loop act as a metronome.
If this isn't possible, is there simply a metronome feature that an be activated without going into song mode and using the sequencer?
Thanks a lot for any help, and I apologize if this is a stupid question. I am pretty bad with the technological side of things. I just bought this thing for the keys and the sounds (and maybe eventually some light synth programming), not for the sequencer or most of the other workstation features.

In global settings there is a metronome, setting have you looked at that?
I am not on my Fusion right now, but I will delve into it more later.
Search the threads and posts on this forum if you have not done so there is a lot of good information here.

Will do, thank you. I did go into the editor for some of the stock mix sounds. Weirdly, I can't seem to find an arp setting for a simply 4 on the floor or the like.
